Enjoy exploring meditative tools to rekindle your natural
qualities of peace, love, happiness and inner spiritual power. Raja Yoga is at
the core of what we teach. It is an ancient spiritual discipline that can be
used for relaxing, refreshing, and clearing the mind and heart, leading to a
deeper experience of peace and positivity. It provides us with the spiritual
knowledge and practice needed to strengthen ourselves from the inside out.
The foundation course starts every month, and meets once a week
for three consecutive weeks. If needed, please ask about setting up a different
class schedule for alternative times.
